JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for preparing financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
Maintains and updates accounting schedules
Prepares necessary adjusting, reclassification and journal entries
Process VAT, witholding tax, income tax and other BIR requirements
Respong to audit queries and provide schedules
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
CPA designation preferred/1-4 years accounting/finance experience; CPA a plus but not required
Highly detail oriented and organized in work; ability to meet assigned deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a costumer service focus, proficiency with email and microsoft office applications.
Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and result.
