JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education : BS Accountancy, preferably a CPA
Experience Required : 1-2 years of relevant experience
Competencies
Core : Knowledge and skill in all aspects of financial management: policy, regulatory and reportorial requirements
Technical : Mathematical analysis of financial data, knowledge of accoutning requirements and systems Technical : Mathematical analysis of financial data, knowledge of accoutning requirements and systems
Universal : Good written and oral communication; Computer savvy; Effective interpersonal skills
Critical Traits : Must be able to work under strict time constraints; Focus and patience with details; Ability to handle confidential information and financial information

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Analyses data, consolidates the same and/or provide advice and prepares reports as follows:
BOD related reports
Clinics Profitability
Sensitivity Analysis
Profitability reports
Clinic Encounters
Management reports
Ad Hoc reports to explain changes in business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations
Financial reports
Gross receipts
Looseleaf
Account Reconciliation
2. Ensures provision of data for audit purposes
3. Ensures that all audit findings are addressed accordingly, with the implementation of recommended action plans and other measures.
4. Responsible for the preparation, examination, and analyses of accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
5. Ensures compliance with all regulatory and reportorial requirements
6. Repsonsible for studying the impact of new Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) to the ncompany
7. Responsible in conducting training to collegues about the new PFRS and in making sure the requirements are put in place are being followed
8. Drafts budget guidelines and ensures dissemination of the same.
9. Analyses submitted budgtes, using cost-benefit analysis, trends analysis and the use of financial data to determine optimum utilization of funds
10. Reviews and recommends approval of requested additional budgets.
11. Review and operating budget vis a vis actual expenditures and analyze trends affecting budget needs.
12. The position conducts orientation to managers/answers queries or concerns with regards to budgeting proper.
13. Renders reports on utilization of budgets and variances; analyzes impact of variances.
14. Ensures that the budget package is submitted and completed in accordance with budget and accounting policies and procedures.
