KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable
 Processing of Invoices/Payment Requests
 Analyzing invoices and supporting documents to ensure its validity and to properly charge the expense to accounts and cost centers
 Keeping track of payment to avoid incurring penalties
 Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting
 Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures practices
 Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
General Accounting
 Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
 Assists in month end closing (accrual entries, intercompany transactions, labor report recording, etc)
 Analyzing significant changes month-on-month and from previous year
 Assist with other projects as needed
Educational & Professional
 Bachelor's degree in accounting
 Preferably CPA
Experience
 2 years in accounts payables, general accounting, or auditing
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
 Solid finance and accounting skills are necessary
 Knowledge of local and national financial regulations
 Knowledge of general accounting principles
 Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control procedures
 Proficiency in the use of personal computers and related applications such as MS Office; web; software and information
systems used in financial and/or accounting applications particularly to quantify and illustrate routine financial reports,
statements, and/or projections
 Account balancing and reconciling skills
 Records maintenance skills
 Excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of
operations and senior management.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 Discretion when dealing with confidential information
