Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience as Accountant or Accounting Supervisor from a real estate or constructon company.
Experience in Financial Reporting and Reconciliation, Budgeting, Cost and Variance Analysis, Audit and Taxation.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot table and V Look-Up).
Highly analytical and detail oriented.
