I. REASONS FOR EXISTENCE OF POSITION
1. To ensure that all services rendered by the Operations Department are billed.
2. To ensure timely collection of receivables.
3. To maintain accounting records.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reports directly to the Accounting Supervisor.
2. Prepares invoices and statement of account.
3. Follows up collections from customers.
4. Prepares entries of petty cash fund replenishment report, subsidiary ledger and other supporting schedules.
5. Prepares audit schedules.
6. Maintains accounting files, records and reports.
7. Answers queries/clarifications regarding accounting matters.
8. Signs the following for and on behalf of the company:
-invoices
-company official receipts
III. QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must be an Accounting Graduate.
2. Preferably with six months of experience in customer related services.
3. Proficient in English communications.
4. Must be computer literate.
