Qualifications:
Preferably CPA or a graduate of Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
2 to 4 years of accounting experience in a PEZA company
Willing to be assigned in West Cebu Industrial Park-Special Economic Zone, Arpili, Balamban, Cebu
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can work with least supervision
Has initiative and flexible
Computer literate
General Description of the function:
Primarily responsible in handling books of account of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly government reportorial requirements.
Responsible in conducting monthly physical count.
Prepare and maintain the following monthly summary of books and accounts.
Cash disbursement
Cash receipts
Sales receipts
Prepare monthly financial statement with schedules attached.
Schedule of expenses
Receivables
Payables
Bank reconciliation
Lapsing schedule
Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the superior.
