MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily work with collection and commercial team (printing statements of accounts, sales return, stamped sales invoices and customer file review for bonus)
Prints monthly statements of accounts and aging report for all western region customers and send it to all collection representatives.
Daily enter in system all collection receipt voucher & bank deposit
Reviews and enters data of petty cash in system of all western region
Follow up with warehouse for stamped sales invoices, deleted sales invoices & matches is with SAP records
Enters data of sales return memo in SAP
Enter net prices for expire goods from customers' return
Visits warehouse to check expired goods to be sent for destruction
Arranges and updates customer file such as customer accounts application & papers, sales invoices, receipt voucher, verified statement of account and making new files for customer.
Arranges and updates accounts box file for Cash Receipt voucher, Check Receipt voucher, cash deposit, check deposit, credit note, cancel voucher, Sales order (FOC) and sales return memo.
Performs other tasks that maybe required from time to time by the immediate Manager
PREREQUSITE PROFILE
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
Experience
One (1) to three (3) years' experience working in the field of accounting.
Skills and Knowledge
Working knowledge in SAP
Advanced Excel skills
Working in a multi-task environment
