Responsible for all Accounts Receivables/Payables activities and reporting Monthly accounting close & batch postings (computerized), journal entry, preparation of financial statements
Maintain Fixed Assets Register Preparation of month-end schedules
Monthly reconciliation of bank statements, inventory, shipments, intercompany accounts, AP, AR, etc
Generate and reconcile weekly booking reports GST reporting
Handle disposal of fixed asset to ensure accounting entries are correctly captured
Prepare and account for reimbursement of staff claims and monthly bank reconciliation
Prepare and post entries for intercompany transactions and reconcile any discrepancy with relevant party
Perform inter-company confirmation and reconciliation process and assist with the preparation and submissions required for half year and year end consolidation package
Maintain contracts for leases in the in-house software
Coordinate & liaise with auditors and support in the preparation of statutory financial statements
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years Accounting/Finance experience with good auditing knowledge
Experience in full sets accounts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications & Accounting Software.
Bilingual in English & Mandarin (need to liaise with Mandarin speaking personnel's)
Prepare and compile Profit & Loss A/C and Balance Sheet
Preferably able to start work within short notice
Preferable Singaporean
