Job Description
Preparing US tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065)
Responsible for General Accounting and Tax returns
Assist in Bank Reconciliation, BAS Preparation
Assist in Bookkeeping
Assist in Administrative tasks such as sending daily report, answering emails and calls from clients, email and diary management and sending requested documents to clients
Will be working in
US Time Zone. Full-time 160hr/month or
AU Time Zone. Part-Time 100hr/month
Minimum Qualifications
CPA License is highly preferred
Must have at least 2-3 years work experience in the related field
Must be knowledgeable and experience in Australian and/or US Accounting and Taxation Laws
Must be skilled in XERO Accounting Software, SAGE - Peachtree,
Must be skilled in QuickBooks desktop and online version.
Adapts well to change
Can work in a fast paced environment
