We are searching for a Accountant to work in our Eastwood office with one of our clients in the U.S. If you have at least two years of experience and are looking for a change then please apply. Non-CPAs are also encouraged to apply.
Our ideal candidate must be have the desire to provide excellent customer service, self-driven, and results-oriented. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential part of the job.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Accounts Receivable
Bookkeeping
Ensure compliance with GAAP
Payroll
Accounts Payable
Fixed assets monitoring
Bank reconciliation
Deposits
Ledger entries
Trial Balance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
QuickBooks experience is required
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word)
Experience with Gmail email and google calendar
Must be willing to work on US shift (9:00 pm to 5:00 am)
