Driving deep expertise, ensuring team are fully knowledgeable of the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for their respective areas
Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process scope
Partner with all stakeholders to ensure appropriate knowledge gained within the team in order to gain comfort on completeness, accuracy and validity of the numbers
Support SMEs within the team to do the same for their respective processes
Drive ownership and continuous improvement mindset throughout the team, identifying and pursuing business and efficiency opportunities
Efficient and timely closing of financial period assuring high standard
Sound financial advice, support and technical expertise provided to subordinates and business partners
QUALIFICATIONS:
4-8 years job experience in different Finance Functions
People mgt with experience (>18 M) in people mgt, (direct or indirect)
Demonstration of progressively increasing levels of responsibility and proven success in achieving team and department's goals, objectives and action plans
Proficient in MS Office, experience with SAP is preferred
Applicants must be willing to work in Parañaque
