Due to our expansion, we invite experienced accounting talent (CPA Qualification) in taxation to join us with the following responsibilities:
Supervises the Accounting Function (general ledger, accounts payables & account receivables), treasury functions and maintain the fixed asset register.
Assists the Accounting Manager in taking responsibility for overall reporting, local, head office and statutory reporting.
Ensures all reporting comply with applicable accounting standards, laws and regulation
Ensures all general ledger are updated timely, accurately and processed in accordance to the financial policies and established procedures.
Maintains chart of accounts comply with accounting system requirement.
Ensures accounting function and process alignment throughout all divisions of the Company
Ensures Balance Sheets accounts reconciled on a periodic and timely basis to verify that all items are correctly posted to the account within the guidelines of the stated purpose of the account.
Prepares current tax and deferred tax computation
Reviews the audited financial statement, tax return and to liaise with auditors and tax agent on related issues
Assists in preparing budget , business plan and periodic projection
Analyses monthly financial result and identify the root cause for the significant vairance between actual and budget, projection and last year.
Provides support to operation (Costing, HR, Purchasing, etc), through financial information analyses
Monitors and analyses the team work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Works with own team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities. (eg: automation of certain process)
Ensures the team job functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner with continous improvements on the work process.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Taxation, Management, Book Keeping
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
