SUMMARY OF ROLE
The role is responsible in providing full accounting support for servicing portfolios sold to SunStrong and has primary ownership of providing finance services such as accounting support for leases, service contracts, month-end reporting and audit related activities. The role includes interfacing with the functional team members in rolling-out programs and project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash reconciliation (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
Daily wire review
Accounting for tranching activities.
Lease accounting for both existing and new contracts.
InfoLease accounts reconciliation.
Preparing standalone financials for JV's.
Support for InfoLease UAT activities
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferable a CPA
Basic GAAP accounting knowledge.
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley processes and documentation.
Able to handle multiple projects with the ability to budget time productively
Strong Excel skills, especially graphing, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and converting non-Excel data to Excel
Can work well at different levels of the organization
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION
Location: ROHQ
This is an FTE position
Candidate must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)
