Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company's full set of accounting, review original documents, prepare accounting vouchers, organize, bind, and keep accounting files; strictly follow relevant laws and regulations and the company's financial systems and procedures;
2. Responsible for tax declaration and final settlement, completing the company's annual financial accounts, and audit cooperation;
3. Prepare and submit various internal and external statements according to the company's requirements and conduct relevant financial data analysis;
4. Participate in budget preparation, implement budget cost control, regularly inspect and analyze the implementation of operating budgets, tap the potential to increase revenue and reduce expenditures, and implement accounting budget supervision of various business revenue and expenditures;
5. Regularly check the accounts of customers and suppliers every month, and track and supervise the collection of accounts receivable;
6. Responsible for liaising with Shanghai Finance, providing timely feedback, and providing corresponding opinions when financial problems are discovered;
7. Other tasks assigned by leaders ​
Accounting system: accurate and NC(yonyou)
Educational requirements: bachelor's degree or above
Major requirements: accounting-related majors
Language requirements: Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
Work experience: more than 5 years of accounting work experience, more than 2 years of overall general ledger work experience
Knowledge and skills: familiarity with Indonesian financial policies, accounting and tax regulations, and various financial settlement businesses; Familiar with various accounting processing methods and various tax policies and skillfully apply them in practice; Familiar with group management models and business processes; Skilled in the operation of office software such as Word, Excel, and financial software.
