About the Role
Ensure clean Vendor Master data which is timely maintained according to the agreed procedure.

Key Activities:
Maintain Vendor Master data (create, maintain, flag for deletion) within agreed timeline as defined in SLAs
Review source documents for data input
Ensure compliance with Vendor Master data controls
Liaise with internal colleagues and suppliers to process data maintenance requests
Supports global MD standardization, process improvement projects
Coordinate and execute system enhancements and related testing
Compliance with Vendor Master data CPI and KPI
'We do what we say' - execute Vendor Master maintenance according to agreed procedures.
Improve Vendor Master data quality
Reduce returned payments caused by Master Data issues
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year relevant work experience at the Master Data field
Fluent English and Chinese language knowledge are required
Sufficient understanding of the P2P processes and solid end-to-end understanding of relevant function
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
Structured problem solving/troubleshooting abilities and follow-up skills to perform complex issue resolution
Experience processing all relevant details, understanding and prioritizing their importance and drawing clear and concise conclusions
Experience taking the steps to ensure the assignment/ project is accomplished within tight timeframes
Basic skill level in enterprise software (SAP preferred)
