Accoutant II (5-3-C)
QUALIFICATIONS:
CPA At least 3 years of experience in General Ledger & Reporting in a US MNC environment Knowledgeable on US & PH GAAP, IFRS/ PFRS SAP experience would be an advantage Can work independently and can handle work pressure
Role Description:
S2P
Oversee PCF in PH: review analysis & conduct monthly count
Reconcile the Quarterly Report on Tracking of P.O. Processed (part of the periodic SAP report review after closing, report title "Open PO Report") for PH
Annual review of SAP report for changes in vendors' account
O2C
Issue & sign-off Collection Receipts to customers
Reconcile collection register with deposit slip
Annual review of SAP report for changes in customers' account
R2R/ Financial Reporting and Analysis
Prepares all JE postings in PH & prepares assigned A/Cs for Reconciliation for both PH & ID
Prepares schedules and Financial Report for periodic tax fillings (WHT, VAT, income tax), Statutory Audit and Tax Audit for PH
Prepares all financial reports (HFM, supplemental, adhoc reports for internal & external purposes
Support internal, external, tax/ compliance audits in PH
Request ISC CN/DN - PH
Overall GL maintenance (creation & mapping of GL accounts & cost centers) for PH
Monitor CER & AP posting, Assign Asset-Tags, Perform Fixed Asset physical count - PH
Treasury
Manage PH Cash Flow - request internal funding (USD a/c to PHP) when needed, including preparation of Cash Rolling Forecast (as required)
Planning & Budgeting
Support in preparing supporting schedule for forecasting/ budgeting - PH
Policies & Procedures/ Internal Control
Updates local DOA & Finance Policies & Procedures, Process Maps & Standard of Work to align with updates in Global Policies & Procedures/ Process Improvement, as directed.
Support process improvement initiates

Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Accounting Teams develop, implement and/or maintain one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. They also design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.
