QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility: RA 1080 (CPA)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare subsidiary ledgers and aging schedules (Cash-Local Currency, Petty Cash Fund, Accounts Receivables, Due from Officers and Employees, Accounts Payable, Due to Officers and Employees, Guaranty Deposit Payable, Due to BlR, Other Payables, etc.).
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (MDS Account, Payroll Account and BAC account).
Prepare monthly summary of List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable Advice to Debit Account (LDDAP-ADA) and Checks lssued.
Prepare and maintain subsidiary ledgers for supplies and property, plant and equipment.
Maintain index of payment on paid disbursement vouchers for suppliers, officers and employees, etc.
Compute monthly depreciation and amortization of Property, Plant and Equipment. Prepare monthly depreciation and amortization schedule.
Prepare monthly computation of the value of office supplies and other supplies and materials issued based on the report submitted by the Property Officer; and
Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time
