We will count on you to:
Assist in the operating results analysis (versus forecast, budget and prior year)
Assist in the preparation of operating expense budget
Manage the journal entries related to the Corporate Accounting
Prepare and reconcile Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss schedules
Instruct and compute for intercompany related charges
Monitor employee benefits
Coordinate with offshore Accounting Operations on Accounts Payable related matter.
Coordinate with business segment on Accounts Receivable movements
May assist in the development and implementation of internal accounting policies, transitions to and from teams both onshore and offshore, procedures and process improvements for general accounting functions
What you need to have:
Demonstrable experience in preparing and handling remittances
Solid experience in managing reconciliation of accounts
High level of attention to detail, ability to identify errors
Ability to work in a face paced environment and comfortable to work independently
Strong analytical skills with experience in using Oracle technologies
What makes you stand out:
Certified Public Accountant (it is a plus, but not a requirement)
