Job Title: Accountant I
Job Description General Ledger Accountant I, as part of the Concentrix GLSS - NAM in Eastwood Office, will report directly to the GLSS Supervisor. General Ledger Accountant I will be responsible for ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded, and balance sheet reconciliations are performed and provide resolutions to reconciling items. He/she will also responsible for process improvement within the assigned processes.1. Responsible for month end close activities per Corporate Closing Calendar
2. Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliation with quality and in accordance with pre-defined reconciliation timelines
3. Submit and analyze journal entries to ensure financial data integrity
4. Perform variance analysis for data completeness and accuracy
5. Collaborate with Global Process Teams (Intercompany, Bank Recon and Fixed Assets) in ensuring accurate financial reporting on these areas.
6. Drive continuous process improvement that would yield productivity efficiencies, improved quality of work, enhanced controls and compliance, customer satisfaction, etc.
7. Any other function as may be delegated by immediate superior
