DEZIGN WORKS PHILS., INC. is an integral provider of commercial carpet floor coverings for architects, designers, general contractors, building owners and building managers. Since our modest beginnings of 2001, we have assisted clients in determining the right type of floor coverings for their applications considering budget, performance and aesthetics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Male or Female.
Working knowledge of accounting software.
Superior Excel skills.
Working knowledge of a computerized ledger system.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Maintaining excellent relationships with important organizations.
Flexibility and ability to work effectively with tight timelines.
Amenable to work from Monday to Friday in Eastwood, Quezon City.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Timely maintenance of accounting journals, ledgers and logs detailing financial business transactions.
Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements.
Preparation of consolidated summaries of input and output tax to be encoded to BIR VAT Relief Program.
Filing of all BIR requirements thru EFPS (e.g., monthly filing of withholding tax on compensation, expanded withholding tax, value added tax and other tax required to be filed in compliance with the BIR registration of the company).
In charge in complying with government requirements such as BIR, SEC, & local governments.
Preparation of check vouchers and checks after verification of completeness of supporting documents.
Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
