Our client is a healthcare organization with several clinics within the Greater Toronto Area that provides a wide spectrum of medical services and products within the healthcare industry and is looking to hire a bookkeeper to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all aspects of company bookkeeping
Processing vendor invoices
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
Preparation of bank reconciliations and payroll
Maintaining a solid and accurate A/R
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST be a Certified Quickbooks Pro-advisor (Online)
Advanced understanding of Bookkeeping and Accounting principles.
Previous Bookkeeping positions with US or Canadian firms would be an asset.
At least 2 years' experience doing bookkeeping for small-medium size company
Must have reliable internet connection
Must be able to work between the hours of 9AM EST to 6PM EST
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
Salary ranges between US$600-$800, depending on experience and skills.
