Position Summary
The Accountant is responsible for the preparation of partner production reports, data validation, and identification, correction, and reporting of discrepancies and variances.
Duties & Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Accountant are listed below and should be considered non-exhaustive:
Preparation of partner production report using the prescribed format per partner category
Data validation, gap analysis, and report preparation related to partner eligibility
Identification, correction, and reporting of discrepancies and variances
Ensure internal accounting controls and Client standards and policies are complied with
Meet expected KPIs and SLAs set forth by the Client
Assist with ad-hoc duties, and administrative tasks as required
Minimum Qualification
Functional Competencies
Ability to apply general knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practices, and reporting guidelines
Ability to apply a thorough knowledge of applicable information technology and productivity tools (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite) to perform accounting duties
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a past-faced environment while remaining organized with keen attention to details
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining the accuracy of required outputs
High level of customer focus, self-directed, and can work with minimal supervision
Education & Work Background
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Financial Management, Accounting Technology or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience in the field of finance outsourcing, aviation, and travel management
Strong grasp of US GAAP standard
Previous work experience in ERP systems (i.e. Quickbooks, Oracle, SAP) is required.
General computer proficiency and with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Charts, and Graphs, etc.)
Willing to work in night shift and amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
