Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 1 (one) year of experience in a senior level finance or accounting position with demonstrated leadership skills
Solid background of corporate financial law and risk management practice
Excellent communication and people skills
Proven professional experience in finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and manage well at all levels of the organization
Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related issues

Duties and Responsibilities
Proficient in SAP
Develop a strong career through merit and good grasp of the total accounting process.
Protector of all financial related interests of the company.
Demonstrate sound analytical and critical thinking skills.
Develop strong mathematical skills through deductive reasoning and problem solving capabilities.
Demonstrate teamwork across the division
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns
Preparation of journal entries and bank reconciliation
Preparation of monthly financial statements
Update BIR books of accounts
Handle general accounting, payroll and tax preparation for various clients
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
Month and end-year process
Accounts payable/receivable
Cash receipts
General ledger
Payroll and utilities
Treasury, budgeting
Cash forecasting
Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
Capital assets reconciliations
Trust account statement reconciliations
Check runs
Fixed asset activity
Debit activity
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Provide recommendations
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions=
Other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time
