Job Description
• Bookkeeping and Accounts Payable
• Maintain book of accounts
• Prepare management report
• Assist in analyzing financial reports and implementing accounting policies and procedures
• Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits
• Prepare the necessary forms and assist in filing and renewal of government forms, remittances, licenses, tax returns, alpha lists, financial statement, book of accounts for the company.
• Perform other functions that may be assigned or may be required from time to time.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Candidate may be required to do tax preparation and compliance, tax accounting, payroll accounting, and cash accounting
• Passing the CPA board examination is a plus.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skills: Must be knowledgeable in quickbooks accounting program or any related accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Office
• Must be knowledgeable in accounting principles, practices, and methods and in BIR rulings and local government requirements and taxes.
• With good oral and written communication skills
• Preferably Female, Single, and not more than 35 years old
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City
