Previous experience with Xero is required.
Understanding of Tracked Inventory in XERO.
To be able to enter Purchase orders in XERO, Calculate Landed costs and enter supplier bills(Inventory Related).
Entering Supplier bills as supplied by the client (Attach to XERO Bill) and reconcile.
Understanding of Stock on hand/ Prepayments /Capitalization vs expensing items.
Understanding of Australian GST System.
Basic understanding of deductibility of business expenses.
Enter time-sheet - with clear and concise description of work performed ( As that might be required to be reproduced upon client request).
Understanding of A2X Amazon and Shopify Addon for XERO is an advantage.
Setup of new XERO Accounts.
Upload COA.
To be able to manipulate excel data and upload in bulk (CSV) and allocate payment to Loan Accounts.
Upload Bank CSV and reconcile transactions.
To be able to enter stock adjustments in tracked inventory.
To be able to create new items(Tracked) in XERO.
Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Minimum of two years previous working bookkeeping experience.
Awesome Excel skills.
Manipulation of data in Excel to be able to upload in XERO.
Ability to manage time around Setting up new Xero files, reconciling existing clients updating stakeholders on all allocated clients.
Experience:
A2X Amazon and Shopify Addon: 1 year (Preferred)
bookkeeping : 2 years (Preferred)
uploading CSV: 1 year (Preferred)
Xero: 2 years (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
