Job Description:
Closed monthly, quarterly and annual financials(income statement, balance sheet cash flow).
A/R invoicing, tracking and reconciling.
Inventory process controls, tracking and reporting.
Fixed asset tracking, depreciation schedules and capital acquisition tracking.
A/P processes, tracking, reconciling.
Debt reconciliation, amortization schedules, collateral obligations and guarantees.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of any course related to Accountancy
Atleast 10 years of experience
Past experience as a transactional accountant/bookkeeper for a small to medium sized business. Past experience verifying entries and inputting and tagging transactions.
Candidate must possess strong QuickBooks experience
Past US Based Client experience is a must
Amenable working in Eastwood, Libis during Training period
Flexible with the schedule following US Timezone
