Ipason PH, an e-commerce business industry of computer hardware is urgently looking for:
ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT
- BS ACCOUNTANCY graduate is REQUIRED for this position
- With at least 2-3 years solid experience as accountant preferably knowledgeable in financial statement and other related tasks
- Willing to work in a start-up company
- Amenable to work in Paco, Manila
- Can start immediately
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Recording and encoding of Lazada/Shopee/offline sales to Kingdee (financial system)
-Assist in bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements.
-Filing of necessary financial documents including but not limited to government document copies
-Preparation and validation of time schedule of employees
-Preparation of petty cash summary
-Preparation of Sales and Purchase for VAT reporting
-Monitoring of Sales Return/ lost item and other reports made by other departments
-Assist in process documentation of different departments
-Coordinate to manager for any discrepancies, unusual recordings, activities etc.
