**LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES**
Position : Accountant
Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays; Flexible working hours within US Pacific Time zone between 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Salary range : upto $1,600/month

Our mission is to help make the construction industry more efficient by using technology to better communicate project costs between companies.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain accounting records for complete and accurate monthly and quarterly reporting
Manage all accounting and bookkeeping functions including the billing and vendor payment processes
Administer the Company's PEO for payroll, onboarding employees, benefits, and HR
Manage and maintain other platforms for equity (e.g., Carta) and expense reimbursement (e.g., Expensify)
Implement and support tax reporting for State and Local jurisdictions
Interact with other departments (i.e., Sales and Customer Success) on a regular basis to support and align with these teams for accurate processing reporting
Manage and support annual external audit
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, such as GL account reconciliations
Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar field, CPA is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
4+ years of experience in Accounting
Experience maintaining various roles in Administration (i.e., Accounting, Payroll, HR, Benefits, Tax)
Experience in the software industry is a plus
Proficiency in English language (speech & writing) is a must
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management and organizational skills
