JOB SUMMARY
Job Responsibilities:
Performing accounting functions for a financial segment of business including assisting in the preparation and analysis of monthly reports.
Perform financial analysis of the business.
Perform month expense and balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis.
Review for accuracy, and completeness and input payroll records weekly.
Review and analyze monthly results to ensure accuracy of financial statements, making accruals and adjustments as needed.
Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting procedures.
Supervise input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated accounting systems.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory transactions encoded in the system.
Validation of actual inventory thru physical inventory count.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy and any related field.
Candidates must be well versed in the use of MS Excel as well as other MS Office applications.
Candidates must have high attention to detail and high regard for quality
Candidates must be knowledgeable in financial and accounting processes as well as creating necessary reports.
Fresh graduates who are non-CPAs are encouraged to apply.
