1. Monitor and prepare sales report and volume of transactions.
2. Prepare Income Statement
3. Checking of unpaid bills in the system.
4. Prepare loading report- Input unit price of Finished Goods loaded.
5. Ensure that the data in the loading report is accurate and is equal against Daily Sales Report
6. Preparation of Purchases report, Raw Mats/Packaging inventory report
7. Compute Monthly Paid Employees payroll based on actual number of days worked.
8. Checking of Payroll for Daily Paid Employees
9. Checking of government mandated deductions
10. Preparation of 13th month every year end
Graduate of Accountancy - CPA is an advantage
