This position involves customer rate maintenance for the LexisNexis Risk Insurance Product Management team. Responsibilities of the Account Support Analyst - Rates Specialist include evaluating, submitting, updating, and auditing customer billing rates for Insurance customers. The implementation of customer rates varies in complexity across the Insurance products and maintaining accurate rate submissions is a critical component to our business. The Account Support Analyst - Rates Specialist is expected to utilize business knowledge, attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and ability to communicate with different groups across our Product Management team to successfully manage the customer rate processes.

Accountabilities:
Build product pricing schedules for numerous products as part of the customer contract creation process Evaluate new and renewal contracts for customer rate changes Build and implement new/updated rate matrices for customers across products Perform audits of recently submitted rates Initiate routine rate audits across all products for large customers Evaluate and submit rates accordingly during the quarterly rates review process Manage the process to update rate rejects from the Fulfillment team Research and address rates issues that are distributed via the automated rates notification system (BTOPS emails) Work directly with the US Product Management team both verbally or via email Provide timely and accurate completion of all received requests Build effective working relationships with the US Product Management teams Monitor and respond to calls and correspondence from US Product Management team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Atleast one year call handling experience in BPO/Shared Services set-up.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization
Must be willing to work night shift
Demonstrate strong customer service skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills
Requires proficient use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based applications Ability to multitask and quickly switch focus as needed Analytical abilities to research and organize data
Internal experience with MBS, Siebel, Power BI is a plus
