Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily workflow and schedules of multiple teams to ensure productivity and service quality.
Implement and manage processes to maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and policy compliance (including HIPAA).
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and track progress toward goals.
Coach and train team members to build confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Address team concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
Encourage a culture of excellence through recognition and support.
Identify and execute process improvement opportunities in coordination with management.
Take on additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills.
Familiarity with HIPAA/PHI compliance is a plus.
Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
