The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for meeting the expectations of a CSS while also supporting the team's technical inquiries and escalations. Success in this role is accomplished through the achievement of established program KPIs. The CSS SME reports to the team lead.
Support customer inquiries via text, chat, and video which follow client processes, required SLAs, productivity metrics, and quality metrics
Drive Quality achievement by coaching CSSs weekly (group/individual) on improvement opportunities presented by client feedback/updates, client QC feedback, and side by sides (SBS)
Receive and review quality of service trends from clients and address feedback accordingly
Perform task audits as necessary based on CSS QC% performance
Research answers to solar customer questions and provide responses promptly
Utilize basic math and perform ROI calculations for solar customers
Maintain high quality support for multiple customers at one time
Create & Modify customer solar proposals to ensure they are tailored to their needs
Help customers to understand the benefits of working with this solar company
Perform all other duties assigned by leadership
Adhere to established schedule as designated by leadership
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in the workplace and online communications
Make meaningful contributions in all weekly meetings (1x1's and team huddles) by maintaining engagement through questions and responses.

Requirements
High School graduates are very welcome to apply
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have a strong attention to detail
With proven experience as a TSR or CSR SME on a BPO setting
Willingness to work different shifts
