•COLLECTION/ACCOUNT SPECIALISTS
Job description for Collection specialist may include but not limited to:
►Responsible for handling,collection of overdue accounts in accordance with collection strategies and policies of the company;
►Investigate,gather info about the clients,and help them resolve their credit issues
►Negotiate payment arrangement,including but not limited to restructuring proposals and making memorandum of undertakings.
►Maintain updated account status records on all collection activities made and set up follow up schedules.
►Can start immediately
Our office is located @ Unit 204 S. Medalla Bldg. cor. Gen. Mc.Arthur,Socorro,Cubao QC(near MRT Cubao,Farmers Market & BDO Cubao along EDSA.
