Overview
This position works closely with a specific account's dispatch and follow-up teams to ensure that client work orders for building landlords are created and completed in a timely manner. This role is responsible for communicating with client's on issues at hand, contacting the landlord, and documenting progress on completed the work orders.

Respond to phone calls and emails from both the client and landlords
Identify and respond to client and landlord needs based on defined procedures; achieve goal of first
call resolution
Document all calls and communications into our database, ensuring consistency and accuracy;
transfer calls as appropriate
Escalate calls to supervisor, escalations team, or other support areas when necessary and
appropriate
Resolve problems by clarifying issues and researching alternative solutions
Achieve goals (# of closed work orders, reduction in age of work order) and contribute to team goals
as outlined by leadership
Develop and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring superior client satisfaction
Provide information to team by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
Achieve goals (# of closed work orders, reduction in age of work order) and contribute to team goals
as outlined by leadership
Develop knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services to provide customers with fast
and accurate information
Ensure confidentiality of internal and external data
Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
