-Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
-Create detailed sales business plans, identify new sales opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle.
-Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients.
-Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
-Deliver customized, targeted sales presentation.
-Work with design team to close sales and meet sales target.
-Monitor sales fulfillment status.
-Ensure that all closed sales are paid by clients on time and do collection as necessary.
-Build strong client relationship.
-Provide professional after-sales support.
-Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
