We urgently need:
 
ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES
 
Responsible:
Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts receivables records
Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
Maintain meticulous records of outstanding receivables
Ensure the accuracy of an organization's financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related course
Experienced in Manufacturing Account Payable is advantage
Has excellent spoken and written English  
Detailed-oriented and highly organized
Possesses a sense of urgency
Has a business orientation and good analytical skills
