The Job
As an Accountant Receivable, you will:
Review documentation, maintain database, and prepare system generated invoices;
Generate invoices and statement of accounts;
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, irregularities or inquiries;
Apply payments to invoices;
Perform account reconciliations.
The Candidate
College degree in a Finance and Accounting major, or equivalent;
Minimum 1 year of related work experience;
Proficiency with computer applications, including specialized accounting software;
Good teamwork and communication skills;
Strong command of spoken and written English;
A hardworking and self-motivated personality with a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
