Welink MCS is hiring for an Account Payable - Operations Manager in behalf of a client partner in the BPO Industry

Responsibilities:
Will supervise the Accounts Payable (AP) team and ensuring that transactions are completed accurately, efficiently. To develop and lead staff within the team to ensure stable, predictable, and reliable core service delivery that meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements with the customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree major in Accounting, Finance, or another Business discipline with related work experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year direct experience in handling the spectrum of Accounts Payables processes.
• Preferably has experience working with companies or organizations based outside the Philippines.
Skills:
• Comfortable learning and using new and various tools in executing the tasks.
• Demonstrates good Business Communications skills.
• Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Emphasis on Excel/spreadsheets.
• Good numeric ability, keen attention to details, and sensitivity to figures
