Job Descriptions
Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships
Oversees the achievement and maintenance of agreed client service level and standards
Handles complex and escalated customer service issues
Identifies and implements strategies to improve the quality of service of the company
Aims to maximize long-term revenue opportunities by becoming trusted advisers to clients and strengthening their loyalty
Reviews contracts for revision and update to be submitted to the Immediate Head
Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Collaborates with the Business Development Team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Job Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
Good communication skills, customer service-oriented and with excellent interpersonal skills
At least two (2) years of working experience in a Client Relations or Customer Service role
Background Screening is an advantage
Work Remotely:
Temporarily due to COVID-19
