Job objective:
• To perform ALL CLIENT and CONSULTANT Servicing tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Crafting Family Business Governance documents
• Generate reports and updated as needed by the clients
• Logistical assistance and scheduling of engagement sessions
• Generate reports and updates as needed by the client
• Sending out weekly business articles to keep clients engaged
• Ensure that the Accounts Operation Manual is followed and implemented
• Coordinate with respective teams for concerns of each client
• Answering client's queries via phone or email Updating the internal database
• Perform research and studies depending on what is needed in each assigned account
• Perform sales responsibilities to up-sell the service of the company as needed
• Assist in managing social media sites and other online marketing promotions as needed for each event of the company.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
