Salary Range: 12,000 – 15,000 
 
I. JOB SUMMARY 
 
To provide excellent services to our clients by managing accounts effectively. Ensure excellent  customer satisfaction to maintain in depth relationship with the clients to meet the  organizational target of retaining our clients and opportunity for business expansion. 
 
II. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
1. Account Management 
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the  client.  
Ensure quality and timely service delivery to the clients. 
Assess business progress in every client. Identify areas of services that needs  improvement and recommend ways for improvement. 
Identify areas of opportunity for business expansion.  
Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales group to ensure attainment of the  organizational targets. 
Regularly communicate and report to the Operations Heads on the status of  each account.  
2. Client Management 
Manage client relationship. Regularly meet with the Client and provide them a  report on the status of our service delivery. 
Serve as the point person between SFI and its clients. Ensure excellent  customer service is being provided to increase client satisfaction. 
3. Project Implementation 
Develop detailed project plan for each client. Coordinate with respective interface on matters pertaining to project planning, defining project scope and  all activities pertaining to specific project. Ensure alignment of project plan with  the organizational objective. 
4. People Management
Ensure that all field employees assigned to the clients are properly oriented and  accounted. 
Conduct periodic meetings with the field employees and ensure that their  concerns are being attended to. 
âEncourage continuing learning within the team. 
III. QUALIFICATION 
At least 1 year working experience related to client/account management.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree of any course.
Required Skill (s): Handling clients concerns and must be people oriented.
