Responsibilities:
Responsible in managing and handling concession accounts
Ensure concession sales target is met
Research potential leads to develop new projects, prospects, and opportunities
Monitoring and overseeing of activities in line with the operation and sales management of the retail concession; evaluate data information necessary for management to make decision and propose measure to procure positive improvement from the concession
Examine concession performance and suggest strategic plans towards improving concession accounts
Ensure client satisfaction by knowing/ understanding the problem and recommending solution
Conduct store visits; check inventory and discrepancies on items
Submit various reports as required by the department head and management
Qualifications:
Graduate of any business related course
With at least 4 years of previous experience in retail industry
Knowledgeable in handling sales
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skill
High level of self management and motivation
Must be willing to do field work
