Job Functions:
- Conduct sales activities with agents and general agencies in order to achieve sales strategies and
objectives.
- Conduct basic presentation to prospective clients and intermediaries.
- Prepare sales proposal and conduct follow up meetings.
- Do sales administrative work and track progress of transactions of agents / general agencies.
- Provide accurate production reports and training reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monitor the actual production of assigned agents and general agencies per month.
- Build productive business relationship with agents / general agencies / clients through delivery of quality
service.
- Ensure that all accounts are in good credit/payment status.
- Take actions and provide feedback on client concerns.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate with a degree preferably in any Business related course.
- At three (3) years of insurance sales work experience.
- Must be a resident of Cebu.
