Job Functions:
• Conduct sales activities with agents and general agencies in order to achieve sales strategies and
objectives.
• Conduct basic presentation to prospective clients and intermediaries.
• Prepare sales proposal and conduct follow up meetings.
• Do sales administrative work and track progress of transactions of agents / general agencies.
• Provide accurate production reports and training reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor the actual production of assigned agents and general agencies per month.
• Build productive business relationship with agents / general agencies / clients through delivery of
quality service.
• Ensure that all accounts are in good credit/payment status.
• Take actions and provide feedback on client concerns.
Job Requirements:
• University graduate with a degree preferably in any Business related course.
• At three (3) years of insurance sales work experience.
