The compensation package is inclusive of incentives and allowances. The basic salary varies depending on your assessment.
Enhanced Community Quarantine is in full effect in Cebu City thus we are implementing a temporary work-at-home set up on selected accounts. With this, we will only be able to process applications coming from Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu-Lapu City. As soon as ECQ is lifted, all operations will resume onsite.

Qualifications:
University degree or the equivalent
2-3 years related experience in the Call Center industry
Previous Product and Client responsibility
Minimum of two years previous people management experience
Experience in working with people on different levels
Experience of negotiation and diplomacy
Experience in managing a budget and the ability to analyze statistical information
Proficient with spreadsheets and word processing software
