We are currently in need of an Account Manager under the Business Development team of our Manila office. The role will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with the current merchants of LalaFood. The candidate will address the merchant concerns and coordinate with related internal departments to provide immediate resolutions. Likewise, will also be responsible for sending and presenting reports to merchants, provide solutions, and ensure improvements of their current operations and sales performance.
What you'll do
Quick point person of merchants for account management, including contracts and engagements to maximize profit.
Identify new business opportunities among existing merchants.
Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Merchants Operations) to improve the entire customer experience.
Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve quotas while keeping the merchants satisfied and engaged with the service in the long run.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to merchants' needs.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Handle adhoc tasks, concerns, troubleshoots for merchants.
Prepares sales report and data extraction for merchants.
What you'll need
A bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' proven experience in account management in a fast-moving company.
Hands on experience in client servicing and relations by delivering client-focused solutions.
Ability to handle multiple accounts all at the same time, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to influence key stakeholders of the merchants.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
