Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager. The primary focus of this role is to effectively manage the sales of the RoyaltyStat database within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The successful candidate will operate during local Philippine hours to cater to the needs of our clients in the APAC region. This position involves acquiring a deep understanding of our product offerings, utilizing Salesforce for sales processes, addressing customer requests, and contributing to continuous training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Promote and sell the RoyaltyStat database to clients in the APAC region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Product Knowledge:
Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the RoyaltyStat database and stay updated on new features.
Effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
Sales Processes:
Utilize Salesforce for managing sales processes and maintaining accurate records.
Ensure adherence to established sales procedures and guidelines.
Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Training:
Contribute to ongoing training initiatives, both for internal staff and clients.
Stay informed about industry trends and updates related to the RoyaltyStat database.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or account management, particularly in the technology or database sector.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work during local Philippine hours to cater to the APAC region.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
