Account Manager
Full-time | 40 hours per week
Php 30,000 take-home pay monthly
Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT Work Schedule

About the Client:
Our client is one of the fastest growing Parking Solutions companies in North America, and they are currently expanding globally. They offer cheaper and more space efficient parking lot development for a better parking experience. They are looking for a long-term Dedicated Account Manager to join their organization as an integral part of their team.
About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to serve and support their customers and to collaborate closely with their Sales Executives.
Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with the customers via inbound and outbound sales and customer support emails
Log account information into the CRM and project management software
Delegate customer requests and requirements to departments within the organization
Assist in the sales and closing process
Follow up with customers
Ensure that the company maintains its reputation as being an organization that provides unparalleled customer service
Qualifications:
Has solid experience on account management which involves sales and negotiations
Previous experience doing inbound and outbound sales and providing email support
Previous experience working in a real estate or construction industry is preferred
Has hands-on experience using CRMs
Willing and able to work long-term
Someone with ambition and desire to be a key driver in a young start-up environment
Unwavering positive attitude and mindset
