Account Manager (Full-Time - Night Shift | USA)
Full-time 40 hours per week
Php 35,000 take-home pay monthly
Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm - 8:00 am PHT Work Schedule

About the Client:
Our client based in the US is one of the founders of a glass and mirror installation company and wants to hire an efficient, organized, dependable and responsible Account Manager.
About the Role:
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Service multiple clients concurrently
Liaise between the customer and internal teams
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they're receiving services that are meeting their needs
Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Qualifications:
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
